Our team members bring a depth of experience across all research methodologies, with specialist understanding in health, cultural, youth, aged care, education and professional services.

Josephine Watts, Special Consultant and Founder of Leapfrog Research

Jo has over 25 years of experience in qualitative and quantitative research. Her extensive experience in qualitative research, exploring the underlying motivational needs and drivers behind consumer behaviour, has led to great insights. Jo has the energy and motivation to seek out new methodologies and new ways of exploring behaviour in her quest for insight. Jo has also conducted numerous tailored quantitative studies providing valuable measures of how well companies are tracking, and enhancing qualitative exploration.

Jo has worked with a range of businesses and organisations in both the corporate and government world. Leapfrog Research’s aim has always been to gain valuable insight from a customer base, or the users of a service, to assist an organisation in being more focused and delivering to consumer needs, or making leaps into new markets.

Claire Dyson, Senior Marketing and Research Specialist, Leapfrog Research and Juntos Marketing

Claire Dyson has almost 20 years' experience working as a Market Research Specialist for agencies and corporations in Sydney as well as London. Claire conducts customised research projects for our clients as well as working on developing marketing strategies and plans, and managing social media projects.

Claire has a passion for qualitative research and has worked across a range of sectors. Claire has a particular interest in brand/ service positioning and communication projects and new product development. She has extensive experience in conducting all aspects of qualitative research and has conducted hundreds of focus groups and in-depth interviews.

Claire has a UNSW commerce degree (marketing major), is a full member of the Australian Market and Social Research Society (AMSRS), has achieved QPMR status (Qualified Practising Market Researcher) and is a member of the Independent Researchers Group (IRG).

Caralyn Loton

Carolyn Loton, Director Juntos Marketing and Leapfrog Research

A marketing specialist for over 20 years and the founder of Juntos Marketing, Carolyn has expertise across all aspects of marketing. Her experience spans executive marketing and sales positions at some of Australia’s largest consumer goods companies and also includes working with a wide range of small and medium-sized organisations.

Carolyn’s has successfully undertaken multiple research projects for Juntos Marketing clients, with a particular expertise in effective results analysis and strategic but practical recommendations.

She holds a Master of Business Administration from Edinburgh University, as well as a Diploma in Marketing and Bachelor of Applied Science. Carolyn’s original background was in the health sector as an Occupational Therapist.
